One double room in 3 bedroomed ground floor flat. Large spacious well appointed property with large private front (dog-proof) garden. Room is available from October to April only. Must be vacated by end of April ‘27. Shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge.
2 designated free parking spaces.
Owner lives away from property but occasionally occupies one bedroom, including at Xmas and New year. The 2nd bedroom is our son’s room but he plans to travel from November to April.
12 yr old cat also lives at the property but may relocate elsewhere if new lodger was not happy to look after the cat.
Lodger must therefore be clean and tidy, and fully responsible for keeping the flat clean and tidy.
All bills are included apart from electricity and will be calculated through meter readings.
This would suit a mature person who doesn’t have a great deal of belongings as flat is furnished and storage limited.
There is a shed for surfboards and a bike if required.
