Beautiful Porthcurno - shared large house

Porthcurno beach is a 10 minute walk from the house.

The 2 of us live in a large old house with five bedrooms.

We are looking to rent out one or two of the bedrooms for upto 3 or 4 months max and happy to consider very short stays too . We are very flexible with regard to arrangements etc -and the price we have put is a rough figure and would vary according to the room and the arrangements

The house is just ten minutes walk from Porthcurno beach.

The house has a large kitchen and also asitting room.

We have a large garden and parking.

We are a friendly household, often to be found out kayaking , motorbiking , cycling , swimming , bodyboarding etc .

We both work in the third sector and one us is often away travelling

The house is an old house and does show signs of wear and tear- and is in need of decoration.


We have always shared our house and in the past had lodgers and a mixture of bnbers and lodgers and at times couchsurfers .

We are quite open to different rent arrangements ( ie- Mon - Fridays only , or the full week , short term and medium term, or people being semi based here ) .
