Gorgeous home-400 metres walk to the glorious surfers beach and hilltop walks! The village has a well stocked convenience store, pub, restaurant/bar, cafe, surf shop and takeaways.

Looking for another lovely lodger to join our household-must be tidy, respectful, with sense of humour and good at communicating.

Cosy double (or single) with private lounge
Currently has 2 single beds (see photo) but can be changed for a double bed if preferred. ***This room comes with the exclusive use of its own lounge/study etc...both rooms sunny and bright.

There is a spacious bathroom-shared between room 2 and myself (I will be using it some of the time) Clean and bright with plenty of storage.

The house has plenty of storage space and attic for larger items (suitcases etc)

Shared areas-
Kitchen/diner, electric oven and induction hob (different to photo), dishwasher and microwave.
Most of the kitchen things you will need are already in place plus a cupboard space will be allocated to accommodate your kitchen needs as well as space in the large American style fridge/freezer.

Utility Room- cupboards, washing machine/tumble dryer, space for muddy boots, downstairs W. C. and access to the garden

Large comfortable lounge

Large private walled sunny courtyard garden plus steep wildness area.

Off street parking available to household and there is a regular bus route nearby.

I am a professional artist and psychotherapist, live a quiet healthy lifestyle, enjoying the arts and outside activities.

I have 2 friendly older cats, so patience with animals is a must! As much as I love animals-sorry but no other pets will be considered.

I am looking for people who like a comfortable homely home but appreciate the need for the house to be kept clean and tidy for the benefits of all occupants. I am happy to occasionally cook, watch a movie or garden together. I'd like to think we'd be a little community and look out for each other.
Please note the house has been rented as a holiday home hence the photographs...it will look a little more homely and have even more cosy touches soon!
