Person going out to regular work preferred, key worker especially welcome. Shift worker welcome as house is quiet.

Mature 'settled' person preferred.

Free road parking beside garden fence.. Quiet cul-de-sac road to clifftop with more free parking at top of cliff..

We're on the official coast path so there's miles of healthy walking right here, and endless sandy beach walks at low-tide.

This room is private and self-contained with it's own private entrance, no need to walk through main house. It's quiet day and night with ambient beach sounds and roaring waves sometimes.

Single bed 3ft x 6ft, very comfy armchair, neat kitchen unit (with hob, mwave/oven, toaster & kettle , fridge with freezer, storage). tidy office desk, ample cupboards, shelves and wardrobe with mirror.

Decor is tidy 'surf-shack' style with some distressed driftwood among the normal room decor.

A short utube video is available showing the room/gardens and locale. Just ask.

Good freeview tv reception if needed.

Room approx 16ftx18ft inclusive.

Modern ensuite shower/wc for your exclusive use.

NB: Local mobile signal is awful except on clifftop.
Our domestic wi-fi is good and fine for video calls etc.

Large patio SUN-TRAP garden deck right outside your floor-to-ceiling glass doors with unobstructed view over beach, dunes and village, if planning a long stay you can grow your own tomatoes, salads, carrots, radishes etc and enjoy fresh salads in season! couple of growbags and a few seed packets and you'll be in fresh-salad heaven! There are millions of free blackberries in season.

There's an outdoor bench and seating for sunny 'al-fresco' breakfasts or 'sundown supper'.

...and a cold-water outside shower to rinse off swim-gear/mountain bike etc. Clear view all the way to the horizon. Fabulous starry nights to view the planets and the Milky Way.

Private overgrown steps and path from garden down to beach (for the adventurous, garden shears supplied if needed).

Adjacent garden space for boards, bikes etc.

Interior is decorated in calm oceanic shades with a bottle-glass shower wall and sensitive lighting.

Online grocery deliveries are made here frequently with no problem, and there's a very good village shop down the lane.

Utilities: heating, hot water, electricity etc are included, Use of washing machine in separate wash house included. Only tumble drier supplement payable if used. Washing line supplied.

Buses to Truro, Redruth, Camborne, Hayle, St Ives and Newquay are regular (but not frequent). There are local taxi services. Nearest train station is Redruth, nearest international airport is Newquay.

Sandy Blue Flag popular surfer beach…at the end of our garden. Also 2 popular bars in the village.

PETS: Goldfish or budgie would be fine but no dogs, cats, reptiles or creepy-crawlies please. We don't use chemicals in the grounds so the garden is full of wildlife...small birds, common lizards, slow worms, butterflies and moths, wooly-bear caterpillars, hedgehogs and an occasional badger...sadly dogs and cats deter (or slaughter) these indigenous dwellers.

1 medical professional (50) and a retired professional couple (70) also live in the building, Pleasant and friendly but not intrusive.

Please note this building is on the cliffside and is accessed by 28 winding steps and is not practical for the disabled. If you have any mobility issues please seek accommodation with easier access.

The room and grounds are strictly non-smoking (or vapeing) areas.
