Self contained Shepherds hut - 5 month winter let

I have a Shepherds hut with private garden, bathroom, and own kitchenette with oven. log burner and double bed. furnished. Available from November until end of March for rent. All bills included and 2 washes a week in the main house also included which i will do.

Parking for the property is in the pub car park across the road.

Would accept pets - please discuss

If a builder or trades person, I would consider part exchange a 5 month stay in exchange for some work on the property.

Alternatively it will make a nice winter retreat in the country for someone. or someone van living that wants something warmer for the winter.

This is totally self contained and private.

Must have a reference.

Peferable to rent someone who would like to stay the 5 months winter months.
