It would suit someone working at Redruth & Camborne community hospital (as it's walking distance) or Royal Cornwall as the bus stop if very close.
Because it is a small room it would suit someone who wants a regular base to work at the locality (for example just Monday to Friday or on/off agency workers). Rent can be adjusted upon request).

All bills are included (fair usage) as is all furniture including smart TV in each bedroom and a shared washing machine and dryer. Mega fibre Wifi is also included.
