Large double room

I have a large double room in a two bed ground floor apartment in Carnkie formerly the old pub situated in a lovely village near Redruth.

Ideally single occupancy but couples considered ( rent increase for couple)

We live away from the property, about 80% of the time, but love to come home as often as possible. Usually for a long weekend a month or a few days of work if I can get some locally. This is very Sporadic and dependent on work.

You would have a large double room, with the flexibility of the use of the rest of the house.

There is private parking for 2 cars, a courtyard and garden you are welcome to also use.

We are after someone respectful, trustworthy and accommodating to the situation of us not being there most of the time.
