I have a room becoming available in a large, quiet house in Saltash. The room is is good size double I have one other lodger and we are both chilled and friendly. though we mostly keep ourselves to oursleves. I would prefer someone over 35 in age . Must be mature and tidy. Nice location just a few minutes walk from nature reserve walk and is on regular bus route to Plymouth.

On road parking. One minute walk to local SPAR shop - ten minute walk to town centre.
Large kitchen and lounge. Don't mind smokers as long as they smoke outside.
