The rooms share a new bathroom with bath and large over-bath shower.

You will have full use of the kitchen and communal dining room.

The house is fully central heated and there is the use of a washing machine and tumble dryer included in the weekly price.
Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are all professionally cleaned weekly.

Parking is available on adjacent street although not directly allocated to the property.

This house would suit a full time professional person, student teacher or contractor working in the area who has a permanent primary residence elsewhere.
