Sunny double room in beautiful home

We have a beautiful bright self contained bedroom on the 1st floor of our family home, plus a large shared bathroom between two other tenants.

Ideally, we would like full time professionals. Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

We provide a bedsit-style room, with simple cooking equipment & small fridge. There is a big shared bathroom with a bath/shower and laundry facilities.

Quiet, secluded part of town, 5 minutes walk to St Austell town centre.

Plenty of free parking on the road, not the driveway as we will need access at all times.

We live on the ground floor (with two children 7 & 9) sharing a central hallway with tenants and have dogs and cats hence not allowing other pets I'm afraid. Front garden predominantly for tenants as we are mostly out the back.

Smoking is a big no-no anywhere on the property.

We will consider a couple if it's for short term - add an extra £200 monthly for sharing.
