This lovely home is in the beautiful location of St Austell. It comes as part of a Two Generations Homeshare, in which you will commit to approx. 10 hours per week of help in the home.
The current householders is a very sociable lady who used to be a teacher, she loves swimming and seeing family and friends.
She is looking for someone who can help prepare and share evening meals, help with some light housework and most importantly have some time available to offer some companionship.
The ideal sharer should be FEMALE, WORKING PART TIME OR FROM HOME and has time during their week to offer some companionship. They should be kind, empathetic and enjoys having a chat! This lady has a cat so liking cats is a must!
The sharer has a large room with lots of storage, a private bathroom and their own kitchen. There is also access to a study if working from home. The sharer is welcome to use of the rest of the home including the, lounge, dining room and garden.
