Looking for a clean/tidy friendly, considerate lodger in full time professional employment. One other person in the house, only.
Would prefer veggie/vegans and would suit two people who want to live together as there are two rooms and the landlord is hardly ever on site.
2x Upstairs double bedroom with double bed, generous storage areas and desk space.
Each room has a TV and streaming device.
Largest room has a beautiful view over the sea about a mile away.
Shared Kitchen and bathroom (Just tidy up as you go, leaving things as you find them).
Garden.
Parking space in the driveway.
1 mile walk to St Austell train station and town centre. 30 minute walk to Charlestown beach which is a really nice walk, with no hills.
