The house is at the top of town ( about a 15 minute walk downhill to St Ives) Lots of amazing walks all round and easy access to the coach road out of town.
The downstairs bathroom is shared with the other lodger
Kitchen is shared
There is a large south facing back garden .
1 spare parking spot on the drive and parking around the area
1 month rent up front and 2 references ( one working )
House is non smoking but has a big garden
No overnight guests please as live in landlord and other lodgers living in the house
Sorry would not suite anyone working from home I’m afraid.
