Im an artist and the current tenant. I was originally renting the property for myself as I was using the spare bedroom to store my artwork, however Im now looking to get an art studio in town :)
Im open to different scenarios, short term/long term or if someone just needs the space for the weekdays. The room is unfurnished so you can decorate how you like. However if you need it short term only for a few months we could sort out it having some more furnishing.
