I have a double furnished room available in my home in St Columb Major, ideally located to A30 and Newquay.

Rent is £650 a month including all bills (under acceptable usage rules). The home is clean and cosy with gas central heating. It has a large living room, kitchen dining room / utility room. The bathroom has been recently decorated with bath and power shower.

I am a professional working long hours and a keen cyclist when the sun is shining, and often head out for a coffee.
I’m easy going and friendly. I’m looking to rent out the room to someone who is sociable, clean and tidy. This is an ideal location for someone looking for a quiet place to live and is not a party house.

References and one month’s deposit will be required.
