Incredibly quiet, soundproofing to the outside is very good so you get very little noise from the road. The room can be provided unfurnished if the tenant would prefer as the current furniture will eventually be replaced, anyway! I don't have children, the picture in the profile is my Nephew.

Would suit someone who is relaxed, tidy and friendly. I work from home so I am around a lot and spend most evenings gaming in the living room or office rather than out and about. Most months I will be away for a long weekend. Fully understand space and privacy. I like a quiet home so not looking for party animals or frequent guests. No couples, please.

Dishwasher, gas hob, downstairs toilet, washing machine and use of NetFlix, Disney+ and NowTV. A television can be provided in the room if necessary. Garden with furniture and a BBQ for when summer finally arrives!
