The flat is situated on the first floor at the front of our property, so we do live in the property but the flat is completely private and self contained with its own staircase.
Therefore we are looking for a lodger that we can feel ‘at home with’ and with the potential of becoming friends. This is very important

The flat is heated by an air source heat pump which means the heating is free and the flat has its own meter for electricity so electricity will be charged according to usage.
There are no other bills.
We ask for one months rent in advance but no deposit.
It’s cosy, modern, comfortable and well maintained. It would suit a single person long term or a couple short term.
Access is provided to a shared washing machine.
There is potential to share the garden.
The village has a pharmacy, post office, two general stores and a pub. It is on a bus route to Truro and Redruth.
There’s lots of potential for walking and cycling.
