Double room available in quiet village near Portcothan Beach
I have a spacious, bright double room available in my private home, with plenty of storage.
The house is in the very quiet village of Treburrick, within walking distance of Portcothan Beach. A car is essential, as public transport is limited. We are less than a 20-minute drive from Newquay, Padstow and Wadebridge.
As this is my private home, I’m looking for a considerate lodger who is happy to keep shared spaces (kitchen and bathroom) clean and tidy, and to look after their own room. I provide spare bedding so beds can be changed regularly and kept fresh.
Employed people only please (unfortunately no home-workers).
I would ideally like to find a reliable long-term lodger, as we do like to travel occasionally and it would be reassuring to know the house is in safe hands while we’re away.
I also have a very friendly miniature dachshund, so being dog-friendly would be helpful.
