Cosy 1-bed Cabin near Newquay | Bills included

I'm looking for a single person to rent my fully furnished self-contained 1-bedroom cabin in Trevarrian for an 8-month winter let.

The cabin is in the garden of my home, where I also live. Access is through the garden of the main house, but once you're inside the cabin, you'd have no idea the house is even there. The cabin has its own private garden with grass and decking to the front, looking across the fields towards the sea.

The cabin includes:
* Bedroom (king size bed)
* Shower room
* Small open-plan living/kitchen/dining area with TV
* Kitchen with 2-ring hob, countertop mini oven, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine (crockery etc also available if you need)
* Desk/work nook
* Private garden and decking
* On-street/private parking available (Its a quiet cul-de-sac)
* Plug-in radiators for heating
* All bills included in the rent, including Wi-Fi and TV licence
* Washing machine available in the main house laundry room – I'll provide you with a key so you can use it independently

The household:
I live in the main house with two other women in their early 30s. We all work online or locally in Newquay, across health, wellbeing, yoga and virtual assistance.

I also have a small dog, Nessie, who lives in the main house. You'd therefore need to be comfortable around dogs, as she's often out in the garden and access to the cabin is through the garden. The cabin garden is separate, so she won't have access to your space.

Who I'm looking for:
I'm ideally looking for a single person, although I'd consider a couple depending on circumstances. Rent would be higher for two people to reflect the additional occupancy.

No pets as standard because of Nessie, although I may consider one well-behaved dog if they're a good match and get along with her, so do feel free to enquire.

I'd like someone who is considerate, clean and respectful. The cabin would suit someone working locally in Newquay or the surrounding area, or someone looking for a temporary base in Cornwall over the winter.

Location:
Trevarrian is between Newquay and Mawgan Porth, with Watergate Bay nearby. The South West Coast Path is within walking distance.
