Double Room, in lovely home. Females preferred

Based in Threemilestone, just 12 minutes walk to Treliske’s main entrance, or 6 minutes walk to Truro leisure Centre / College and the main bus route in and out of Truro. Parking available for 1 car. This room is well appointed and situated downstairs next to the utility room which also has a toilet & sink. You will be sharing a shower with 2 other housemates (both females). You will have full use of our kitchen, cooking equipment, utensils, cutlery & crockery. You will share a large integral fridge freezer with 1 other tenant and your own food storage area for tins & dry foods. You may use the washing machine, drying racks & washing line. We have a fabulous south facing garden - great for alfresco eating, pit fires and chilling in the afternoon sun; plus our small conservatory for chilling on the wetter days. Please note: we have two mature affectionate cats, so best not to apply if you have a fur allergy. We are an all female professional household working at Treliske & an occasional live-in friendly landlady. We are a non-smoking household and prefer non-smoking housemates. Our home is fun and friendly and very welcoming. We hope you would like to become part of our home too. 😊
