Large double room, lovely house, nr Truro hospital

Lovely furnished double room in modern rennovated bungalow. New fitted kitchen, bathroom, underfloor heating, widescreen tv. The room has distant views over the countryside. I also have a nice conservatory with sofas overlooking the secluded garden.

I am a friendly, tidy housemate, looking for similar to share with! Couples considered but will be more than stated amount, to agree by separate negotiation. I may be away some weekends and do work quite a bit at the mo so someone I can trust is important.

The room shown is currently my room, but once I have found someone I shall be moving into the other room so my decor etc can move into the other room with me if necessary!

I have a little cat called jack who likes a fuss. The house is walking distance to the hospital, is near the local shops and near to the bus stop. Truro is a 5 minute car/ bus ride. The area is a cul de sac so it's nice and quiet.
