Double room in a modern house in central Truro

Dining room

Hi,

This is a house share for professionals (currently NHS professionals and all female). We're looking for someone who enjoys their own space but will also be up for socialising once in a while. As a house we have dinners, movie nights, beach days, go to the theatre/ gigs, potter in the garden etc.

The house is ideal if you work in Truro as the Park & Ride stop is close (can get to Treliske/ Truro Hospital in 10 mins) and the train station is just a 5 minute walk. We're in town and there's a lot of nice places to eat- the bakery around the corner is the best! The house is done to a high standard and is bright and spacious with lots of places to relax. The garden is full of roses so we tend to have cut flowers in the house. We're looking for someone who is consciousness and will keep the house tidy. Bills are included.

Room 1 (£600): At the back of the house. Has a large window overlooking the back garden with a view of the Cathedral. Double bed and large wardrobe.

Room 2 (£560): At the front of the house. Has a large window overlooking the front garden. Double bed and large wardrobe.

Room 2 (£620): At the front of the house. Has a large window overlooking the front garden. Double bed, fitted wardrobe, reading desk & chest of drawers.

Bathrooms: There is a bath and shower in the upstairs bathroom. Downstairs has a shower and loo. Both are decorated with white tiles and slate flooring.

Living room: Lovely sofas and plants. Nice space to chill. Has a big bay window which overlooks the front garden which is full of mint and lavender and smells amazing in the summer.

Kitchen: This is my favourite space. There are decent pots and pans etc. and Smeg appliances. If you enjoy cooking, then you will love this kitchen.

Dining room: This room is next to the kitchen and is open planned. It opens up to the garden via two large doors.

Garden: This is at the back of the house (next to the dining room) and has a great view of Truro Cathedral. Has a large table and sun loungers. It is perfect for dinner parties and outdoor pop-up cinemas.
