This is a furnished single room with its own en-suite shower room on the top floor of a large Victorian house in Treyew Road. It is within easy walking distance of the town centre, bus stops and train station. The new Lidl is directly opposite and Sainsbury’s is 5 minutes’ walk. A good group of friendly, professional people share the kitchen, terrace and garden,

The kitchen is a large and friendly space with sofas for relaxing, a large communal table and dedicated cupboard space for each tenant. Everyone has their own personal fridge.

There is WiFi, of course - and electricity, water and Council Tax are all included.

There is no security deposit - we ask for first and last month’s rent up front. So, before you move in you will pay your first and your last months’ rent in advance. Then, when you are ready to leave you give your 1 month’s notice and will already have paid your last month’s rent.
