The kitchen is a large and friendly space with sofas for relaxing, a large communal table and dedicated cupboard space for each tenant. Everyone also has their own personal fridge.

There is no security deposit - we ask for first and last month’s rent up front. So, before you move in you will pay your first and your last months’ rent in advance. Then, when you are ready to leave you give your 1 month’s notice and will already have paid your last month’s rent.

Parking may be available at a cost of £50 per month.
