We are looking for a kind, reliable and considerate person to join our home as a lodger.

This is a friendly, comfortable shared home where you would be living with a couple. We are particularly interested in someone with a caring background or experience in care, such as a carer, healthcare worker, support worker, nurse, HCA or similar — although the right person with the right attitude is more important than qualifications.

💷 Reduced rent in exchange for support

The rent is £695 per month, including all household bills, in exchange for approximately 10 hours per week of agreed support to home owner.

This is not a personal care role. There is no washing, medication administration or intimate personal care involved.

The support would be practical, everyday assistance. Only when i am working (2 days a week) The exact arrangements and hours would be discussed and agreed together.

🛏️ Your room

You would have your own double bedroom, furnished with:

* King-size bed
* Wardrobe
* KALLAX sideboard/storage
* Smart TV

All bills are included, including gas, electricity, water, council tax and broadband.

You would have access to the shared kitchen, living areas and other communal spaces, while still having your own private bedroom and personal space.
