Has mod cons including kitchen facilities, washing machine , (tumble dryer access in garage available), Tv and broadband. Use of garage space available too if required . Lovely , clean and modern with genuine consideration to design and independent living. You can be as private as you like but welcomed if you wanted company/ chat, we are very friendly.
I live here with my 15 yr old daughter and am renting the space as my eldest daughter has gone to Uni .
Looking for a decent kind genuine lodger who doesn’t mind us ( and our lazy cavapoo ) in the house attached. This would suit a professional ( or health worker as close to the hospital!)
All bills including council tax included !
