Double Room near Truro Centre

A detached house on a quiet estate, just a 5 minute walk into the centre of town. Boscawen Park is also just a 10 min walk along the river. If you don't know Truro, it is a small but lovely city - lots of great cafes and bakeries, a cinema and theatre, quality markets throughout the year, well-rated restaurants and take-aways, a train station, and many of the big-name high street shops. The main bus terminal is also a 5 min walk from the house. There is on-street parking very near to the house.

The room is a good sized double room, furnished with chest of draws, wardrobe, double bed with mattress, bedside tables and lamps, full length mirror and a TV. The room also has black-out blinds. We have a shared bathroom upstairs and a second toilet downstairs. Additionally, downstairs we have a conservatory with a digital piano as part of the communal spaces.

We are Sam and Katrina - both in our early thirties. We have been married for 2 years and love living in Cornwall. One of us is a teacher and the other is a doctor. We are taking a sabbatical this year to go travelling - so, we will be around for long periods but you will have the house to yourself during the months that we are away. We love watching TV and films and eating good food!
