The BUNGALOW:
It's located on a quiet estate at the Higher Town end of Truro, Tresawls Avenue. It's 3-4 mins walk to the hospital over the road. It's on the main bus route (outside Spar) and about 15 min walk to the train station, 5 min drive into Truro centre.


Inside-
The bathroom has a stand alone power shower as well as a separate bath tub and under sink storage. The kitchen area has a breakfast bar/dining area. There is a 7 burner range style gas cooker with double oven, large fridge/freezer, extra freezer, washing machine, microwave, dish washer and all of the usual household appliances to use. Sofa in kitchen/diner for socialising. Private back garden and patio.
Tenants are currently 3 working, professional female hospital workers and have varying hours including night shifts, so a peaceful tenant is necessary. No late night noise and guests.

To secure the room:
Deposit and first month's rent to be paid upon agreement of tenancy.
