One double bedroom available in a detatched house

Its in the 2nd floor (top windows) and white door is double garage

This detach house has five bed room property and one of the double bed room in the top floor is available for rent. Myself a PhD student at the University of Exeter, My husband a professor at the University of Exeter and my daughter who appeared GCSE from Truro High School for Girls, live in the house. The room has separate toilet (you will be only person to use it) and house has large garden, double garage and driveway. All bills included and wifi is also free. We are only looking for female professionals (one female only), we have a large kitchen, you have separate fridge but no beef or pork meat is allowed in the house. We are Hindu but we respect all religions and their practices. Our home is at Penn An Dre, TR13GL, it's located 10 min walk from Royal Cornwall Hospital and 10 min walk to Sainsbury and 15 min walk to Truro Train Station, we have also adequate parking places. It is to be noted that we are strong advocate of green energy, and our house has solar panel, therefore, we use washing machine, dryer and dishwashers during day time only. We are looking for a likeminded person.
No Smoker and no male friends allowed to stay overnight, only female guest friends can stay one night per month.
