The Cowshed enjoys the benefits of a rural setting on a smallholding with stunning valley views, 5 minutes from Truro. It is within easy walking distance to Treliske Hospital and Truro College.

The Cowshed has been decorated and refurbished in 2023 after being fully renovated and refurbished (from a cowshed!) in 2015 to be a functional, bright and comfortable space.

Set aside from the main house, this gorgeous, one-bedroom chalet has a fully equipped kitchen and a new bathroom with utility, leading into an open plan lounge and dining area. There is a large bedroom in a separate room.

The bedroom has a king-size bed and an additional (small) single sofa bed.

There is ample storage and we can provide a desk should you need one.

Outside, there is a table and chairs for use and free parking.

The Cowshed offers guests privacy and comfort at our family home. We generally do not accept pets as we have animals in our home, but may be open to the right pet. Non smokers only, no vapers or outside smokers please.

Council tax band A. All bills are included apart from council tax. Please note that WiFi can be patchy in bad weather but is generally good.
