The property is on the eastern side of Truro and just a 10 minute walk from Waitrose supermarket and a 10 minute walk from the city center too. It is on major bus routes and also very convenient for the park and ride buses to the Royal Cornwall Hospital at Treliske.

Electric gated parking is also available at the property.

The room is neutrally decorated with a double bed and fitted furnishings. The en-suite bathroom is recently refurbished with bath/shower & loo. There is also private internet available too at tenant's expense.

Would suit independent, employed full time professional or student not working from home.


Please be aware that we have a awesome, friendly young labrador dog. He is not allowed in the en-suite double room at all.

£600 per month, including bills.

There would be additional increase in rent for couple.

£100 non-refundable deposit required to hold room & deducted from first month's rent.

Bond of £200 required for tenancy agreement duration.
