Modern town house in a fairly quiet estate pleasant short walk into town so close to amenties bus and train stations and and possibly 2 miles to the hospital.. its a large double room photos don't really show this {15ft x 9 ft long} overlooks 2 neat front gardens (parking available) and gets the afternoon and evening sun.
