A very large double room in a spacious 5-bed detached farmhouse, just half a mile from the beach and village. I live alone (apart from seeing my children on alternate weekends).
The lodger would have their own bathroom and lounge/diner and access to the shared kitchen/diner. There is plenty of off-road parking and a large garden. The house is set in a very rural and quiet setting.
I am a working professional with keen outdoor interests so am rarely at home during the week. Ideally looking for a professional lodger.
