Bathroom next to bedroom (shared with a woman), with bath, shower, toilet, and bidet.

Quiet location, off main road.
5 mins walk from town centre.
Parking available.
EV charger if needed.

Shared Spaces - Share bathroom with one other woman. Share with all the living room, sitting room, dining room, conservatory, kitchen, and garden.
Dishwasher and washing machine.

Vegetarian or vegan ONLY

£450 per calendar month, including bills.
Wifi - currently we don't have WiFi, but can be shared to bills if you want it.

We would prefer a woman who is working, non-smoker, keeps things tidy and clean.
We are friendly, considerate, open minded, respectful of other's space and personal time. We are a couple in our 60s: we are active, enjoy the outdoors, travelling, reading, drawing, playing music (flute, guitar), and we are both involved with local organisations. The other person, a woman, is a Ukrainian friend staying with us short term.
