Shared Spaces - living room, sitting room, dining room, conservatory, kitchen, and garden.
Dishwasher and washing machine.

Vegetarian or vegan ONLY

£500 per calendar month, plus third of gas, electric, and water bills.
Wifi - currently we don't have WiFi, but can be shared to bills if you want it.

We would prefer someone who is 30 or over, working, non-smoker, keeps things tidy and clean.
We are friendly, considerate, open minded, respectful of other's space and personal time. We are a couple in our 60s: we are active, enjoy the outdoors, travelling, reading, drawing, playing music (flute, guitar), and we are both involved with local organisations.
