Double bed room

I’d like a someone respectful and mindful of living with others, as this is the first time I will essentially be living with another person in some amount of years.

I have a 19 year old Yorkshire terrior named Toby. He is mostly with me through the day (I bring him to work) and whilst I am at home. He is house trained and sleeps a lot due to his age. I also love to garden so have a small pond I maintain.

I am advertising a a double room, you will have use of the main bathroom and toilet etc, as I have an en suite. (Also a downstairs toilet available)

Storage in the room consists of drawers and small rail with space for under bed storage. I can provide a television is needed.

The development is quiet and very well maintained with lovely neighbours, all very chatty. We have a small woodland walk and play park available.

I am located directly opposite the castle gardens and close by is the junction retail park. The retail park has many shops and food outlets along with a cinema and many well known food establishments.

The airport and Antrim area hospital are both within a 10 minute drive so idea location for anyone working within these locations. The train station is also less than a 4 minute drive or 15 min walk.
