Double bedroom in modern townhouse

Hi All,

I have a large double room for rent in my house. It’s in a modern 3 storey townhouse, in very good condition with this room and bathroom on the middle floor. The other bedrooms are on the ground and top floors with a bathroom on each floor.
There are 2 kitchen areas, one on the ground floor and one shared with a dining and living room area.
The rent is £600 per month which includes all bills.
Its in the Wellington Square development off Annadale Avenue so handy for both the Stranmillis and the shops/bars/restaurants on the Ormeau road (10 minute walk) and not far from the city centre.
I am a 47 year old male working in IT who enjoys a few pints and rugby, often at the same time! The other housemate works as a pilot at City airport, regularly home to England on days off.
The contract will be on a monthly rolling basis. Would suit short term.
