Double room (3.28x2.92m / 10'9x9'7) to rent on 2nd floor of a great fully-renovated share-house off Ormeau Rd. Private use of main bathroom with shower, sink & toilet. Comes with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and has a blackout blind. There would be space for a small desk and chair if needed to work from home and you'd prefer that to the dining room table.

Available from mid-July (date to be confirmed). No minimum term / flexible one-month rolling contract, though long-stays preferred. One month's deposit required. Viewings will be held the w/c 25-27th June.

Rent includes all bills: weekly cleaner, rates, gas, electric, coal and wood for open fire, internet, Netflix, household cleaning products, and all maintenance.

It's not the biggest room but comes with a lot of house:
- open plan kitchen/diner/living room w downstairs loo & WiFi-connected speakers
- the open plan space leads to a cute back yard for smokers, with an awning for when it's raining (no smoking in the house)
- there's a 2nd reception room at the front with a working open fire and 65 inch smart TV
- spare room for guests to stay a night or two
- dishwasher and tumble dryer available
- free on-road parking
- sound landlord

You'd be sharing with two professionals who mostly work from home (in their own rooms) - Victoria, 43 and C, 29 - although it would only really feel like living with one person as C is hardly ever around! Looking mature folks who are sound, a bit of craic (i. e. who don’t mind a conversation or a hangout), queer-friendly, and looking to make a house a home whilst they're here.
