The room advertised is the downstairs bedroom with fitted en-suite (as pictured) but you are welcome to use the upstairs bath. We use the one allocated car parking space but there are visitor spaces within the gated car park available. The flat is exceptionally clean with a rotated cleaning schedule each week as well as cleaning up after ourselves throughout the week.

We both work from home, other home workers are also welcome but we are always here to collect parcels if you have to work in the office!

Expected bills: £17.50 for internet/TV per month each (Netflix, BT TV and Now TV entertainment package included), £30 per month for Gas each, £20 per month electric each.

We would prefer to live with another woman who must be clean, LGBTQ+ friendly and considerate. Young professionals preferred.
