Hi all, this is a 3 bedroom HMO approved house in the centre of Belfast opposite the Ulster University. I have two tenants one girl and one man so one large single room available, you have full use of this modern house 1 bathroom and down stairs a extra toilet, my cleaner cleans every two weeks, large living room with large TV, broad band included, washing machine, tumble dryer, several fridges and freezers, back garden enclosed and front garden, off road parking.
