One spacious double bedroom is available in Dunluce Avenue off Lisburn Road. Located 15 min walk to City Centre and 10 mins walk to both Queens University and 5 minutes to City Hospital.

This is a 4 bedroom house with kitchen, dining room and lounge in the ground floor, and two double rooms in the 1st floor and two double rooms in the 2nd floor.

We only rent out ONE double room in the 1st floor and ONE double room at the 2nd floor. so there could be just two people living there. plenty space and quiet.

Couples are welcome. the rent will be adjusted.

- All rooms are fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest draws, bookshelf, desk and lamp.
- The kitchen is fully equiped with all white goods, tumble dryer, washing machine, fridge and freezer, electric cooker and hob, microwave

- Gas and electricity safety criteria fully assessed and approved by professionals

- One month deposit is required

You must be house proud and willing to help keep common areas clean and tidy with other house mates.
