Double room available in very comfortable home with lovely flatmate! The room has been completely renovated with new soft carpet, bed is new and very comfortable mattress/pillows and duvet come with the room! The house is shared with a wonderful flatmate and has a completely new kitchen with washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, induction hob/oven and microwave as well as integrated fridge. There is a smart TV and electric fireplace in the living room and a yard which it looks into with greenery and a bit of landscaping! The bathroom is also new with bath/shower/toilet etc all new! The house runs on gas so instant hot water. We are looking for someone who is tidy, calm, used to living with others (we have a cleaning rota so everyone is responsible and understands to keep common areas etc tidy and cooperative) and is friendly to current flatmate who is mostly there who likes dancing, arts and socialising ! Please note I am away mostly for work but I will be coming back around once/month for a few days. Please note the pictures from the room are staged (was for a photoshoot) but the room will be close to the way it appears in the picture on move in but not exactly the same.
