Cosy and clean double room

This gorgeous wee house is cosy, welcoming and fully furnished, approximately a 25-minute walk from Belfast city centre.

I like to keep the house clean and comfortable. All household bills, including heating oil, are included in the monthly rent, subject to reasonable use. There is reliable Wi-Fi, and the kitchen is fully equipped and you’ll have whatever cupboard space needed, you’re encouraged to bring your own cookery items. There is currently no television, but you would be very welcome to bring one.

The room available is the bright and airy master bedroom with a lock and key. It has a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage space, including a large sliding-door wardrobe. There is also a lovely wee garden at the back of the house.

I am a writer and the live-in landlord, so I often work from home, although I am also out and about quite a lot. I’m friendly, easy-going and respectful of other people’s space.

This would suit someone looking for a comfortable base to come and go from, or a safe, relaxed home where they can settle in and feel at ease. Someone independent who also enjoys a friendly chat now and again would be an ideal fit.
