Rent is £240 a month and a security deposit of £240 is also required. WiFi is roughly £10 a month each and electric is top up (about £50 a month each).

House includes all appliances including washing machine and there are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and bath. Bedroom 3 is slightly bigger than both pictured (not pictured due to current housemate having to move some of her furniture out).

I am in my 20s and like the odd night out or a movie night on the couch (can do either!). Concerts are also a regular occurrence. New housemates are obviously not required to join in but I'd love to find someone who would!

Bin rota/cleaning rota in place for communal areas.
