The room is being repainted so I will update with new photos on Wednesday. The price is inclusive of wifi, water, council tax and central heating. Electricity is on a meter that will need topping up on a pay as we go basis between three people it's not much.

Lovely large double bedroom in a modern three bedroom house with plenty of space for storage. Space for a desk if wanted. Lovely housemates, wonderful area. Very clean. Looking for a relaxed, polite person who is thoughtful and pleasant and will fit in well with current housemates and likes to maintain a nice house.

The location is excellent:

- 2 minute walk from a co-op, pharmacy and post office
- 2 minute walk from bus stop, 15 min bus into town
- 25 minute walk to Belfast city airport
- 15 minute drive to Ulster hospital and Royal Victoria hospital

Also offers excellent convenience to the array of local shops and amenities nearby on the Belmont Road. The location boasts ease of access to Belfast City centre for the city commuter and also close at hand is the Connswater Retail Park.

This room includes access to living room with 50 inch TV as well as access to Prime Video on the TV. The kitchen amenities include a washing machine, oven, air fryer, worktop stove, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a heated clothes dryer and outside clothes line. There is ample on street parking although no dedicated parking space/drive. There is a double garden space.

I have had the house deep cleaned including the carpets so having shoes off in the house means they stay nice and clean ☺️ I am looking for someone who is relaxed and doesn't take themselves too seriously but is reliable, friendly and polite. Also someone easy to get along with and thoughtful.
