Hi Everyone!

I have a huge double room (king bed) available in my modern ground floor apartment in South Belfast, Finaghy Road South. The room is fully furnished and the desk can be kept or removed.

The apartment has its own door access and private parking. It has been recently redecorated and has a B84 energy rating, meaning it’s super easy on utility bills.

There is a bus stop just outside the building that goes past Queen’s University to city centre. The area is very quiet, safe and has friendly neighbours.

High speed WiFi, management company fees and ground rent are included. Gas and electricity are shared.

About me:
I’m an Aerospace engineer and have just completed my PhD at Queen’s University. I’m moving to England for work at the beginning of July, hence I renting the room. I’m into mountain biking and indoor climbing.

There is currently another lovely fella renting the other room in the apartment. He’s a school teacher and is possibly the easiest person you could find to live with!
