Wee Garden Palace is a self-contained granny flat, attached to the main property in which I live. You have your own access and do not live with me, the apartment is completely self-contained. The apartment is in a quiet residential area of North Belfast, it is a safe area with good public transport links, the bus stop is less than a 3 minute walk away on the Antrim Road and buses are regular. The apartment is surrounded by garden which you have access to. The Cave Hill is visible from the garden and the garden gets a good deal of sunshine. Nearby there is a Tescos, Iceland and local fruit/veg shops including a butchers. The area has a wide selection of takeaway options, coffee shops and bars/restaurants.

The apartment is a new build approximately 15 years old. It comprises of an entrance door which leads into a large open plan kitchen/living area. Please note there is no washing machine, but public laundries are available nearby. The second room comprises a double bedroom with storage, off the bedroom is an en-suite shower room. Outside of the apartment is a driveway with available off road parking and garden area. The cost of the apartment is £1100 inclusive of all bills: gas, electric, rates and WiFi.

The apartment would suit a mature person. We are looking for someone quiet as the apartment is joined to our property. We are also looking for someone tidy, respectful as the area is a nice area and we would not want to cause any inconvenience to our neighbours or ourselves. Apartment available from mid August 2026.
