Ideally suited to a professional or postgrad/mature student, the property is located in a quiet area of the Lisburn road. It is also a 2 minute walk away from Adelaide train station and bus stops.

Rent includes internet but not bills (gas & electric).

Please note this is a small double - the room comprises a double bed, an open wardrobe, a storage shelf, a desk + chair and an Ikea Kallax for additional storage. The desk + chair can be removed for extra space. Apologies for the mixed photos of the bedroom. I am currently in the process of packing.
