The communal bathroom is shared with 2 other tenants and there is a second toilet on the floor below.

Communal kitchen/diner is an L shape with a large dining table and 6 chairs. There is a separate living room and a garden to the rear.

There is on and off street car parking available. Off street is first come first served basis. There are 2 spaces on the drive.

There are shops, a PO, bus stop, GP and bar/restaurant at the entrance to the development. Buses run to Belfast every 15 mins from 6am - 11pm daily. Belfast city centre is less than 3 miles away. Both the Royal Victoria Hospital and the Mater Hospital are a 5 minute drive, so easily accessible to hospital staff. The Mater is on the bus route.

The current housemates are professionals, who are neat and tidy.

Communal areas are cleaned including the shared bathrooms, every 2 weeks by tenants. The house is generally quite quiet.

I'm afraid there is no smoking inside the property, no parties and no pets.
