SUblet my room for 1-2 months in LWR Ormeau

Hello, I'm subletting my room from the 7th of July to the 30th of August in Lower Ormeau road, but I also consider shorter stay (minimum 2 weeks for 125£ a week).
The room is in a two bedroom apartment, it has 1 bathroom to share with 1 other girl in her late 20s (if you worry about it, in each room there's a sink so I've never experienced any problem of superimposition for the usage of the toilet). The house is really well equipped and high quality furniture, close to the centre, Queen's University and Botanic area, full of shops and pubs.

We look for someone tidy and clean that need a room for a temporary solutions as visiting PhD students. We are two PhD student working in Queen's and we love to cook and to chat and chill after work. We are very tidy and clean and we look for someone that is used to keep clean and take care of the house as well.
