Colourful Room to Rent - Lisburn Road

I am renting one room out in my house just off the Lisburn road. It's a beautiful 3 floor 5 bedroom victorian house. All original features with a modern and colourful twist. We are a professional couple that will be living between Belfast & Dublin. Usually only back on weekends.

There is a separate shower and toilet on the first floor and a combined toilet and shower on the bottom floor.

There is also a home office on the ground floor - for those who need it.

We have three lovely cats that will be living in the house, they use a cat flap and are little to no trouble. All very friendly and relaxed cats.

The heating is oil and will be spilt between everyone fairly living in the house. The total occupancy of the house will be two roommates Monday - Friday and myself and my partner home at the weekends. That being said we work weekends in belfast so will not be in the way.

I am looking for a chill person that looks after shared spaces with respect and cleanliness. Ideally a professional aged 30+, it's a relaxed house with a nice vibe and with the right people living there could be a lovely match. It's big enough that everyone will feel like they have their own space and not living on top of each other.
